As an Assessment Officer you will be responsible for providing sound decision making skills in the assessment of all types of Credit Assessment applications with the focus being on timely, accurate and consistent credit decisions for new and increased lending requests. Credit Approval Discretion (CAD) of $30k must be attained to be successful in this role. The operational hours of the team are from 8am to 5pm.
Skills, Knowledge Experience:
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively efficiently in a large team environment
- Previous call centre experience in a banking industry is an advantage
- Lending experience preferred
- Attention to detail and quality
