Job Description

Your position is responsible for the end to end on-boarding of customers, assessment of their credit application and account maintenance of key stakeholders. Your role is to enhance relationships with customers and brokers.

• Ownership of credit application from assignment to account maintenance
• Liaise with initiation teams across other products to ensure quality of delivery across products
• Clearly identify and communicate requirements to appropriate stakeholders in order to facilitate loan assessment
• Liaise and build long term relationships with key vendors
• Process new business and variation applications efficiently
• Maintain constant communication with the internal / external stakeholders and manage their expectations of the process
• Pro-actively approach process improvement and policy compliance to identify opportunities for increased control, productivity, customer service and satisfaction levels

The Successful Applicant

• The successful applicant will have experience as a Credit Assessor / Loan Assessor within a financial services organisation.
• You will be comfortable liaising with brokers and have the ability to communicate the status of the application for credit
• You will ideally have a DLA / DRA greater than $500,000
• You will have a great attitude to developing a very successful career within Credit Assessment and Mortgage Operations
