Credit Bond Trader
Credit trader, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Salary: AED Highly Competitive. ( Fixed Income / MENA / Middle East / Sukuk/ Corporate Bonds / Sovereign Bonds / CIS / Trading )
Abu Dhabi based Asset Manager looking to hire a senior trader with at least 5 years of experience trading Sukuk Bonds in the MENA region.
The candidate must have a proven track record of generating strong PNL figures in corporate/ sovereign bonds.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in purchasing and selling investments independently and carrying out the most efficient acquisition or disposal strategy
- Works with the research staff to quantify and interpret the financial impact of an opportunity and the risks and rewards, including likely return on investment and pay-back period.
- Monitors market movements, the economy, issuer events and regulatory environment to develop relative value opinions and market outlook.
- Managing a MENA Fixed Income Bond portfolio approx $2bn
Skills / Attributes required:
- Minimum 5 years trading experience in this space on the Buy Side
- Demonstrate an in-depth working knowledge of fixed income and/or currency markets. This must include experience of Emerging Markets;
- Positive PNL track record
