Credit Card Operations Manager
My client are a well known player in the retail banking space, who are currently growing in all areas across their organisation. They currently require an experienced operations manager with operational credit cards experience to run their back office area within their Edinburgh operation.
This job will involve the design of the credit cards, with responsibility for all aspects including manual builds, processes , procedures, management information and operational readiness.

All outputs must also be aligned the customer service strategy and the bank's risk appetite.
This job is expected to last until December 2015, with the ability to extend or be involved in several other areas of the bank on completion.
