Credit Collector
A fast growing and dynamic UK finance company is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their loans business based in north London. The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience and have excellent customer communication skills, with a polite and firm phone manner. Candidates must be comfortable working both in a team and independently as well as be highly organised and analytical.
This job will involve managing a high volume of calls per day efficiently and professionally, investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manner which may involve coordinating with other departments, negotiating and discussing payment plans with clients via the phone as well as agreeing credit limits, distributing invoices and credit notes and chasing over due payments. This role will be reporting into the Operations Director.
