Your Role:
-Develop or enhance risk and pricing applications for fixed income products on G10 and Asian currencies
-Roll-out existing systems from others locations
-Support fixed income Front Office users on their daily requests and ensure on-duty jobs whenever requested
-Manage users requirements and identify priorities
-Support other trading desks on fixed income perimeters to back-up other team members
-Communicate and report to IT peers and trading teams
Requirements:
Operational skills:
-Strong knowledge of fixed income derivatives
-Good knowledge of Excel/VBA
-Good knowledge of C# / .NET framework and coding patterns
-Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle
-Development experience from 3 to 10 years for a fixed income derivatives trading desk
Behavioral skills:
-Curious and fast-learner to step up rapidly into the setup
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Strong analytical mind to develop well-structured and simple solutions and troubleshot issues
-Ability to work under pressure
-must be pro-active on issues and new requirements
-must be creative and innovative and propose better solutions whenever possible
-Open-minded and curious to help rationalize and maintain the existing systems
-Foresee possible issues to avoid them in early development stages
-Aware of new technologies to share their benefits
