The Company:
Selection Group Accountancy and Finance is recruiting for an ICM qualified Credit Control Supervisor based out of their Leeds site. My client, a leading independent service company with global penetration now seeks a career minded individual to join their expanding team and develop through the business.
The Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager the role will involve managing a team of credit controllers within a high volume environment and high value customer base. The successful candidate will be AICM qualified or studying towards the qualification, will have strong team management skills and extensive experience within business to business credit control. Your role will also include looking at credit limits, dealing with queries, liaising with the sales team and debt insurance.
The Person:
Applicants must have a strong credit control background and have experience of managing a team. Experience of litigation is desirable. Excellent written oral communication skills are also essential as the incumbent will be required to frequently interact with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to be persuasive but assertive is the key character trait that my client looks for when hiring.
