To ensure that collections are maximised and risk exposure is minimised, we are currently assisting this market leader with the recruitment of a Credit Control Team Manager. This roles main focus will be to mange a team of credit specialists carrying out their day to day duties within the companies internal debt collection agency. You will be specifically focusing on the Industrial and Commercial portfolios, mirroring an external DCA panel. You will be working with KPI's and SLA's, auditing effectiveness and ensuring rigid adherence to the companies established collections practices and procedures. This role will entail you being responsible for all aspects of the teams development, including monthly one to ones, sickness and HR issues.
In order to be successful within this role you will have extensive operational experience - ideally within a DCA and you will have a proven background in maximising cash flow and reducing bad debt, as the role requires all complaints to be resolved, performance targets to be met and business objectives to be achieved. Previous management of a credit/DCA team is also essential.
If you encompass a sound history of achievement in debt recovery and collections, as well as being a people manager, influencer, high-level negotiator, budget holder and customer service champion, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
