Credit Control Team Senior
A leading energy company in Northampton is looking for a focused Credit Control Team Senior. Supplying energy to over 170,000 business properties in the UK they are a rapidly growing organisation and as such an unparalleled job opportunity has been created in their Credit Control Department. The main focus of the role will be working with the Team Leader supervising a team of credit controllers ensuring that the team objectives are met and proactively managing the effective collection of cash from their SME portfolio.
The job will involve supporting the Team Leader in setting objectives; communicating to management daily progress against targets for your team and monitoring performance through call assessments as well as training and coaching of individual team members. The right person will have experience in telephone collections at a senior level, ideally in a target driven environment. Experience of delivering constructive feedback is also essential along with the enthusiasm to develop people to achieve their goals.
