You’ll be working in a corporate contact centre environment; substantial training will be provided with career development and ongoing support from your managers.
We are looking for candidates with proven customer service skills and credit control experience.
The successful candidate would be required to maintain regular contact with their own portfolio of clients and adhere to service levels agreed, following company policy and procedures to ensure security and service are maintained.
