Our client is a wholly owned staffing industry, distributing all collections through the UK and Ireland.

To join our London based Head Office, they are currently looking for an experience Credit Controller.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be part of the UK Finance Team. The following duties are key areas of responsibility:

- Credit Control for selected Key and Irish Accounts by phone, letter and email including visits to customers where appropriate.
- Daily and month end processes, such as automated and manual statements, monitoring and releasing of client orders.
- Liaise with Operations and Sales re customer queries to resolution.
- Weekly allocation of credit notes including responsibility for debit notes relating to price/salary queries.
- Assist with the review of credit limits, at least 6 monthly.
- Issuing of payment plan letters, follow up to agree and checking stock order payments during season.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Credit Control Manager

Essential Requirements:

- Experience in working in a commercial environment with at least 3 years recent experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable.
- A lively out going character with a very proactive and challenging approach to problem solving and work in general.
- Should be very results driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with exposure to Excel and a main stream accounting system - v look ups and pivot tables.

Desirable Requirements:

Studying towards a recognised credit management qualification would be desirable but not essential.
