Working on behalf of a global information assurance company, I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join the successful finance team in Manchester City Centre.
My client has offices across the UK, Europe, The USA and Australia and can offer fantastic, realistic ongoing career progression to the right candidate.
This position will commence immediately on a temporary basis with the view to being made permanent within 3 months. You will be acting as a Credit Controller to blue chip clients from the onset of the role. Largely looking after young debt you will be acting in an account management position, developing an ongoing relationship with your client base. You will be looking after around 300 invoices on a monthly basis, each with a value of between £10,000 to £250,000 and you will largely be chasing payment, obtaining PO numbers or providing a breakdown of expenses. As your relationship with your clients develop, the role will progress into the full life cycle of Credit Control.
Suitable candidates should have extensive Credit Control experience, excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner, strong IT skills including Word and Excel, a high attention to detail and the ability to build rapport.
