Credit Controller and Sales Ledger

Meticulous credit controller with sales ledger experience required.

Our client, based in Rugeley, is looking for a credit controller to join their recently expanded finance department. This is a full-time, temporary-ongoing position.

Principle responsibilities will include handling high-volume, high-value live accounts, chasing outstanding debts via telephone and handling customer enquiries and complaints. The role will also include Sales Ledger duties including cash allocation and cash postings and processing of receipts.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months credit control experience and experience of sales ledger clerking. They will possess excellent IT skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous and methodical approach to tasks. Attention to detail is essential.
