Description:
My client, a leading investment management company in Edinburgh, has released an urgent vacancy for a Credit Controller within the Real Estate Credit Management Team. The Credit Management team are responsible for collecting the rent for 13 real estate funds all within the UK. The successful candidate will need to be immediately available.
Core Responsibilities:
- Chase all rent and insurance premiums with values of under £3,000 via telephone
- Update tenant diary in our property management system
- Speak with Portfolio Managers to advise of any queries
- Chase all monthly rents and update portfolio managers and/or Credit Manager of arrears
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Core Requirements:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Telephone experience
