Leading Manufacturer based in Cambridge have a requirement for a Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will have responsibility for the Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions ensuring a professional and measured approach is taken at all times. Key tasks of the Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk include raising of sales invoices and credit notes where appropriate, monthly reporting, chasing debt via telephone and letter, internal and external communication regarding customer account queries ensuring that credit assessment checks are carried out, preparation of credit requests, keeping the sales ledger up to date, journals etc.
The ideal Credit Controller should have at least two years credit control experience, with good system skills including Excel and in return you will receive a salary of between £20k-£24k + excellent benefits.
