Credit Derivs App Support European Team Lead
, exclusive role, with one of our leading investment banking clients. This is a permanent, front office, application support team lead based in Canary Wharf, London. The career progression opportunities for this role are extremely clear as after receiving training from the current team lead, there is the potential to be promoted to leading the European team. This role sits within the Credit Derivatives/ Cash, Front Office Application Support team.
When you initially start, you will be highly involved in the technical side of things as a way for you to full understand the applications the team, which you will be ultimately managing, are working with. After several months of being in the technical lead position, when you have added considerable and are fully capable with the systems, they will be looking to promote you into an EMEA lead role where you will have several direct reports spread across EMEA. Once in this position, you will be involved in the strategic driving behind the team and take part in manager the team in terms of personal development and recruitment.
So, to be suitable for this role you MUST have experience in the following:
- Credit Derivative Trading Application Support
The following things are highly beneficial:
- eTrading experience
- Linux and SQL technical skills are beneficial
