Credit Documentation Manager to sit within Legal group for Leading Global Investment Bank | Singapore
Location – Singapore
Salary – Above market rate + excellent bonus / benefits
Description
A leading global investment bank is looking to add a credit documentation specialist into the group which sits within the Wholesale Banking Legal Department. The role will report directly into a senior manager within the group and will have a wide range of responsibilities which will see them liaising with multiple business lines with cross-border exposure.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Loan / Credit documentation for Wholesale banking lending business
- Preparing, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and producing banking facility letters according to credit approvals
- Liaise directly with external law firms in relation to perfection and registration of security
- Regular engagement with segment heads and key stakeholders
- Review Corporate documents (MA, board resolutions), finalize and then send out drafts of financing and related documentation.
- Aid more junior members within the group with tasks
Key Requirements:
- Currently working within a role which includes financing documentation within the Asian Market
- Excellent knowledge of local Companies Act
- Very strong organisation skills
- Experience with security documentation
- Strong team player
- Fluent English speaker (any other languages is a bonus)
