Credit Documentation Officer

To prepare facility letters in accordance with approved credit proposals, credit reviews and documentation standards

To check documents prepared by other staff and external lawyers

To liaise with Facility Agents to complete documentation relating to participations in syndicated facilities.

To track documentation status and follow up outstanding documentation

To ensure all approvals and documentation is in order and prepare appropriate checklists to release facilities.

Experience Required

Experience with Loan Facility and associated security documentation

Knowledge or experience of Credit Administration functions

Experience in both syndicated and bilatertal loans

Exposure to Real Estate/Property Development - an advantage
