Credit etrading Programme Manager recruitment
A top tier Investment Bank require a Senior Programmer Manager to work on the Credit E-Trading teams. As the E-trading Programme Manager you be the key global faceoff to senior business leaders for Credit e-trading reporting directly into the head of Credit Flow IT. You will have direct management of a number of Senior Business Analysts and Domain experts. It is essential that you are able to hit the floor running on a global project aimed at building out Credit E-trading technology across Europe, US, and Asia and will have had a background of working as a Programme Manager within e-Trading specifically in a Swaps or Bonds business area. This is a particularly business facing role and it is vital that you have the ability to partner with the business and understand the strategic values of e-trading and will be responsible for continually monitoring the ever-changing state of the Credit e-trading landscape.
Essential skills
*Previous experience of working on a e-trading platform
*Experience in either Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives etc
*Knowledge of the corporate bond and Credit Derivatives Market
*Previous experience in managing the expectations across multiple stakeholders.
*Strong skills in program and budget management
*A proven track record in leading a capable team of business-facing BA's
