Credit Front Office Developer recruitment
The new hire will join a front office development team and will work with business clients to deliver trade capture, pricing, risk, eTrading, and reporting solutions based on their requirements. The successful candidate will implement solutions using leading open source software and proprietary next-generation technology frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing trade capture, pricing, risk, eTrading, reporting solutions using new strategic frameworks.
- Gathering requirements for new functionality from business users; offering timely solutions; developing, testing, and implementing these solutions.
- Supporting and enhancing the existing infrastructure and applications across a variety of technologies (.NET, Java, RBDMS).
- Building knowledge of credit products.
Key Relationships:
- Front Office Credit Trading Desks (Structured Credit, Emerging Markets, Flow)
- Credit Quantitative Research
- Dependent Technology teams (Trade Processing, Shared Services)
- Market Risk and Credit Risk Teams
- Finance Product Control

- Strong in algorithms data structures
- Aptitude for functional programming
- Expertise in C#, Java or C++
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience or interest in Agile development
- Multitasking on a number of projects in parallel

- Knowledge of credit derivatives or other fixed income products (optional)
- Exposure to any of the following technologies is a bonus: WPF/XAML, Clojure, Hadoop, Apache Camel, Lucene
