Credit manager

Hays are currently working on behalf of an extremely successful and reputable organization with bases spread strategically throughout the UK. This family owned company boasts a group turnover of over £150 million and is the market leader in their field within the agricultural sector.

They are offering an experienced credit controller/customer service specialist the opportunity to join their business. The salary for the first two years is likely to be Circa 28k but this role has the potential to develop longer term for the right candidate.

You will be customer focused with a good eye for detail. Working as a Credit Controller you will develop and maintain good relationships with a wide range of customers to aid cash collection.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
· Managing debtor’s ledger and proactively chasing customers for payment
· Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
· Sending out overdue Account letters and statements
· Any other team duties as and when required

Essential skills:
· Experience in customer service/credit control role
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Cash Collection skills
- Computer literacy
