$16.83/hr Temp to Perm Excellent communications skills Excellent Multi-tasking skills Excellent Organizational skills Excellent People Skills 2-3 years of Accounting Experience Preferred STRONG skills in Microsoft Office ? especially in Excel Detail Oriented Professional Appearance Mature and Responsible Must be able to stay on task and good at following up Experience with Manufacturing Electronic Documentation Interchange (EDI) required Ideal candidate possess strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and a background in accounts receivables in a factoring environment. The primary responsibility of this position is managing Accounts Receivable. This includes credit, customer maintenance, order approval/release, collections and daily contact with customers and factor agent. JOB DUTIES: Credit managment including new account setup, order release and monitoring credit limits Daily cash posting Collections including personal contact and close work with factoring agent Review and approval of credits/discounts Reports and reconciliations Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable including True Commerce/EDI Intermediate level MS Office-Excel, Word and Outlook Three to five years successful experience Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred but will consider previous experience Must possess strong attention to detail and be able to work in fast paced environment Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus Please pre-qualify by clicking Submit Resume or Apply Now and create a profile, or log in if you are a return user.
