Credit Officer – Specialised Lending Services recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity assisting with the restructuring of distressed debt in diverse areas such as Real Estate, SME and larger Corporate bodies. The focus will be on more complex lending cases, largely impaired loans and distressed debt where covenants have been breached or are under threat, identifying strategies for maximum recovery of Bank exposure whilst both managing and restructuring the debt and maintaining the Client Relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of portfolio of venerable and impaired borrower connections
- Ensuring that recovery and loss minimisation and recovery strategies and action plans are set for team and portfolios
- Undertake reviews of appropriate case files
- Preparation of analytical reports
- Preparation of progress reports for all allocated cases
Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of credit analysis within a Corporate Banking or Consultancy environment
- Technical Lending and Insolvency experience preferable
- Good leadership potential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
