Credit Officer – Real Estate recruitment

Overview:

Senior Credit Officer Credit Risk Management (CRM) Corporate Real Estate (CRE) focusing on CRE's UK lending activities and management of the UK Legacy book.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit analysis of complex and structured Real Estate transactions.

You will have:

CRM experience, preferably at a bank active in Real Estate Investment Banking lending (origination) throughout market dislocation.
Work-out experience.
Sound knowledge of Real Estate debt financing instruments and documentation standards.
In depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate Lending market.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements.
Very good knowledge of advanced techniques in financial analysis (cash-flow modelling).
In depth knowledge of credit portfolio modelling (Securitisation, credit derivatives).
Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
Well developed analytical capabilities.
A high degree of flexibility to take on other imminent tasks within the London or the Frankfurt team which may included Due Diligence Work / integration work / tasks relating to regulatory requirements.
The willingness to take the initiative, with high self-motivation.
