Credit Officer, Russian speaker AVP/VP recruitment
The group takes primary responsibility for supporting investment / sub-investment grade lending business undertaken and flow and complex derivative trade activity and structured loan transactions from the business
Key responsibilities
Senior representative in Londonwithin Russia/ CIS Emerging Markets Team
Managing a complex Russia/ CIS credit portfolio
Use of credit approval authority
Potential to manage junior staff members with responsibility for their development
Responsibility for managing a portfolio of large, mid and small cap portfolio ofRussia/ CIS corporate and FI credits
Monitor target markets/industries and undertake regular counterparty due-diligence visits
Support business by providing trade structuring solutions
Ensure portfolio quality and documentation standards maintained as well as internal performance indicators
Develop and adhere to counterparty and industry
Technical Skills:
Strong corporate and financial institution credit analysis skills with understanding of industry risk drivers
Experience with both loan, derivative and trade finance transactions
- Counterparty PD LGD's
- Knowledge of acquisition financing capital markets products and risk drivers
- Strong documentation and risk mitigation skills
- Able to assess risks of complex transactions
Strong understanding of global capital markets
