Credit Policy

Purpose of the role: p

To be a key member of the Group Credit Policy team. p

To provide challenge and support for the Divisional credit policy functions in their delivery of robust and consistent policies and best practice. p

To develop and implement Group Credit Policy using a risk based approach supportive of business ambitions. p

To support effective and efficient communication of and compliance with Group credit policies. p

p

Requirements: p

Experience in Policy development or implementation. p

Background working in cross divisional teams. p

Previous experience in a front line and/or credit department role. p

Comprehensive understanding of Credit risk. p

Good understanding of tools, techniques and methodologies used to measure and report on credit risk. p

Good product level knowledge. p

Extensive understanding of the external operating environment, regulatory and legal practices. p
