Credit Portfolio Management Consultant – Senior Director Level recruitment

You will be responsible to act in an advisory capacity to assist clients with implementing and improving all risk management, this will involve addressing risk capital which will be related to issues within modelling and portfolio management

Some of the responsibilities within the role will include:

• Supplying the business with best practice knowledge in credit portfolio management based on current market practice and experience

• Advising and assisting clients with the implementation of any improvements to the credit portfolio management business including development of the business, transfer pricing or establishing credit treasury capability.

• Develop and maintain client relationships, act as an advisor to benefit the business through project delivery.

• Raise client awareness and maximise the business profile through business development, sales and marketing, this will involve identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing material to supporting the sale associates.

• Support the relevant areas such as Risk Capital Quantitative Analytics by acting as a SME by providing hands on and change management experience.

• Strong experience of issues within risk appetite setting, strategic planning portfolio transfer pricing.

• Strong knowledge on risk methodologies, credit derivatives governance

• Strong quantitative background

It is essential that you come from a strong academic background, and have a previous experience within a Credit Portfolio Management background within financial institutions. Knowledge of origination, coverage, credit and risk management will be beneficial. In return they are offering a starting salary between £200,000 - £300,000 dependant upon experience, plus bonus, and excellent benefits package.
