Credit portfolio manager ( RV ) recruitment
Introduction
Our client is a multi-strategy credit hedge fund with excellent institutional backing and a stable core front office team As part of their continued expansion they are looking to add a strong credit portfolio manager to the team
Role objectives
The focus of the role is to exploit relative value trading opportunities in global credit markets.
The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the success of the fund through profitable trading of allocated capital.
Experience skills
- You should have a demonstrable track record of generating positive returns from the liquid credit markets
- Experience of trading both high yield and investment grade markets
- A combination of technical and fundamental trading skills
- Strong risk management experience
- At least 5 years trading record with a Hedge Fund or Proprietary desk.
- You would be expected to be FSA registered
- Appropriate academic qualifications including a top tier degree.
- Team player and ability to operate in a colegiate environment
