Description

Responsible for assisting Credit Relationship Managers in obtaining certain information requirements for the creation of e-caps (this includes exposure summaries, Rating Agency reports, editors, approvers, loan administration and all other pertinent customer information). Set up all necessary CIDs through Goldtier. Assure that CIDS are properly assigned and submit corrections where necessary. Use Goldtier to make any corrections to CIF data and KYC linkage on CIDs. Complete and forward all Administrative Questionnaires. Ensure that Credit Loan Administration has all necessary execution documents upon closing of a transaction/amendment. Follow up as necessary to ensure timely receipt of documents. Correct facility level data (i.e. officer number, org. code) through GCMA contacts. Verify accuracy of data in AIMS, CRIS, Gemline and other systems. Make sure the systems accurately reflect the exposure, senior debt ratings, borrower and facility ratings, etc. Check AIMS for commitment reductions/increases. Request and monitor cancellation of facilities. Resolve AIMS limits exceeded or past due fee issues through interaction with other areas of the bank or in direct communication with the customer. Obtain all financial statements and compliance certificates; forward all financial statements to be spread. Process, file and track receipt of covenant compliance, financial statements and borrowing base certificates. Perform or assist in such other tasks or projects as requested by management.

Qualifications

Equivalent work experience is required or a Bachelors Degree preferred. Position requires strong knowledge and understanding of the Credit Risk Division structure and proficient with AIMS, eCAP, CRIS and Risk Policy. Position requires ongoing ability to identify system information inconsistencies and errors, determine the method of correction, and follow-up to ensure that corrections are completed. Position directly affects the ability of the Credit Relationship Managers to focus their efforts on their job responsibilities. Additionally, directly impacts the accuracy of the books and records of the Company, which may impact business decisions made by the Company. Position constantly interacts with staff within Credit Risk and various departments within the Company. Additionally, occasional interaction with clients to obtain information. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
