Credit Review Officer recruitment
Main Duties Responsibilities:
- Perform annual credit review on the loan portfolio and other securities investment on book.
- Assist to prepare credit proposal and credit analysis on new facilities.
- Conduct ad hoc review and analysis on problem credit or past due account.
- Prepare financial analysis, report and make recommendations to the management on the performance of the loan portfolio.
- Being the manager-in-charge of the problem credit.
- Liaise with the relevant parties to manage the problem credit; such as the Regulator, Account Manager, Head Office, Legal Counsels, Financial Accounting and Operations.
- Response and revert to the regulator on any enquiry regarding the loan classification, impairment and written off arrangement.
- Support any ad hoc project assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
Education Experience:
oDegree in Business / Finance / Accounting
oPrefer possess of recognized accounting qualification
oMinimum 4 years’ solid experience in credit review and related functions.
oSolid experience in preparing financial analysis reports, credit review report, credit proposal and special asset report.
oKnowledge of loan documentation and relevant legal proceedings on problem credit.
oHave exposure in handling Special Assets or Problem Credit.
oCan work independently and report to senior management.
Skills Abilities:
oGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
oProficiency in Korean is definitely an advantage.
oGood knowledge of MS Office
oA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
oAttention to detail and strong analytical skills
oStrong problem solving skills
