Position Description:
Morgan Stanley is seeking a strong Associate or Vice President for its Credit Risk Management (CRM) Department responsible for working with Morgan Stanley's Home Loan Division. Working directly with business unit underwriters, portfolio managers and business risk management, provide independent credit view of portfolio risks along with other key metrics. Additional responsibilities will also include analysis relating to the Global Wealth Management Group, which includes Tailored and Securities Based Lending
Position Responsibilities
• Provide timely analysis of mortgage portfolio metrics.
• Assist in generating reports pertaining to Morgan Stanley Home Loan's risk profile
• Review and affirm calculations provided by business unit analysts
• Compile and manage quarterly Qualitative and Environmental Factors for Global Wealth Management (GWM).
• Provide guidance and ensure adherence to Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC)
• Provide guidance and input on Risk Rating methodologies
• Provide input to Credit Policy Team (CPT) on policies and procedures

• Participate in monthly Loan Quality Review (LQR) as required including preparation and validation of FAS 114 credits
Skills Required:
