As a Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll develop arrears policies, processes and strategy, identifying any areas for improvement, specifically with regard to the Secured portfolio. Providing analytical support, insight and expert guidance, you’ll also improve the effectiveness of collections strategies across our retail portfolio. Working closely with the modelling team, you’ll help develop internal modelling, scorecards and forecasting tools and liaise with 3rd parties to support and evaluate alternative recovery strategies.
Degree educated in a mathematical or scientific discipline, you’ll have a good understanding of commercial, financial and legislative requirements affecting the wider industry. With extensive experience of analytical techniques and practices gained within a credit risk environment on a secured arrears portfolio, you’ll thoroughly understand data infrastructure and decisioning systems, SAS programming and Business Objects.
