Credit Risk Analyst

My client is a very active player in the securitisation market and they are looking for an experience credit risk analyst to join the team.

This role is not about managing legacy ABS deals, but being involved in managing the risk across newly originated securitisations, investments and the securitisation trading desk.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a firm grasp of securitisation and risk management and be able to analyse and communicate the risks inherent within this market segment. This is a critical role and the successful candidate will operate as the risk subject matter expert for the securitisation business of the bank.

Your analysis and reports will be used by both internal and external stakeholders, from board level to the regulator and rating agencies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for this role.

This is not a quantitative position, however, a strong technical understanding of the securitiston market is required.

You experience will have been gained at either a rating agency, bank or asset manager.
