As a Comprehensive Risk Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Ideally have experience within the Retail Risk Analytics or marketing Analytics
- A proven track record of analytical experience in Strategy and Risk Management area
- Highly numerate background, with demonstrable experience of leading complex analysis
- Strong technical knowledge of one or more analytical software packages (SAS, SPSS or equivalent)
- Good understanding of Retail Banking PL dynamics
As a Comprehensive Risk Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
- To minimise losses for lending products by delivery of continually improved risk management strategies, policies and performance
- To lead in-depth analysis to understand trends in new business and portfolio risk metrics, proposing changes as appropriate
- To identify and continually deliver tactical changes to maximise process and policy effectiveness
- To become the subject matter expert on Unsecured Lending strategies and policies
- Liaise effectively with other areas of the business including Collections and Recoveries Operations, Customer Services, fraud and other portfolio teams
