Credit Risk Analyst Bilingual Japanese ~ $65K
Prestigious International Financial Firm seeks a bilingual Analyst to be responsible for credit risk management and related administrative work.
Responsibilities include:
• Financial statement analysis of borrowers and their parent companies
• Preparation of credit applications for new, renewals, amendments, and extensions
• Preparation of various applications related to non-credit business such as fee waiver, daylight overdraft, etc.
• Credit ratings
• Credit monitoring including covenant checks
• Assist with asset quality assessment
• Assist in relationship management and promotion of non-credit business
• Information gathering
• Correspondence with clients and bank offices
• Maintenance and updating of credit files
• Preparation for regulatory examinations and internal/external
• Compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
• Effective oral and written communication skills both in English and Japanese
• Prior experience in financial statement/cash flow/credit analysis
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access
• CFA/CPA a plus
