Credit Risk Analyst recruitment
Main responsibilities will include:
* Prepare credit write-ups and detailed risk assessments for new accounts and facilitate the periodic credit reviews of existing clients
* Interact with salespeople, traders and clients in connection with the new accounts on-boarding process and with the maintenance of existing relationships
* Assign credit limits and approve limit excesses
* Monitor credit limits and exposures to counterparties
* Address credit and risk management issues as they arise
* Be part of the vetting process for trading counterparties and provide analysis to the business to further understand their business model
* Provide VaR analysis for counterparties
* Interact directly with the business on a regular basis and provide support to company initiatives
* 2 - 3 years relevant experience
* Must have basic capital markets and/or DVP/RVP knowledge
* Knowledge and experience in the equity and fixed income clearing business and be familiar with respective credit practices and procedures
