Specialist residential Mortgage lender has an opportunity for an Analyst to manage, wind down or recover its non-performing residential mortgage portfolio.

GBP400 per day
12 month contract

You will be responsible for analysing individual loan risk and develop recovery strategies with regard to UK mortgages in order to achieve maximum financial recovery. You will instruct 3rd party service providers and indirectly or directly negotiate where required with the borrower to improve chances of recovery.
Candidates must have experience of the UK residential mortgage market (RMBS) within a Credit Risk role, you should have experience of restructuring a non performing loan portfolio and be able to negotiate effectively with borrowers.
