Credit Risk Analytics – Associate Director – 120k – London recruitment
My client, a global analytics consulting firm, has been taking the European market by storm for the last 4 years in the Basel II/III space. This is underpinned by the leading risk management software/approach as well as quantitative and entrepreneurial people at the heart of its growth in a model that is a record breaking success around the globe!
They have been leading engagements around PD/LGD/EAD Modeling (including -IRB implementations), Portfolio Analytics and Basel II/III upgrades across the Quant Risk departments of over 100 Tier 1 and 2 banks globally.
They are now looking to recruit an Associate Director who is only a step away from an Equity Partner role in the team. You will need to have a quant background (PhD preferred but not essential) and have a solid grounding in the development and validation of wholesale/corporate PD/LGD/EAD Models or worked at Group level. Your experience could be from a Tier1 or 2 bank (VP level), Consulting firm (Manager or Senior Manager) or an International Regulator. Candidates with international experience are welcome as long as they have the right to work in the UK already.
You will be mandated to work across AIRB/Basel III and Portfolio Analytics implementations across the EMEA region and also participate in tenders for winning new business and sspeaking to leading industry experts in my client's universally acknowledged conferences. You will be managing teams of quant candidates in areas which my client is generating fees of upwards of £1million per assignment, My client has developed leading individuals from Tier 1 Banks and leading Consulting brands to become gloval leaders. There is scope for bonuses of 35 to 50% for those who excel and the opportunity to participate in a lucrative Stock Options scheme in a globally listed company.
