Credit Risk Basel II Business Analyst
The qualified candidate must have:
- Prior experience in Basel II is essential
- Experience in Capital Markets and Credit Risk
- Knowledge of financial products
- Business requirements analysis
- Applying process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Must show experience and a good understanding of analysis tools and techniques.
- Process mapping/modelling
- Can critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Business process requirements and system requirements (i.e. solution options)
- Creating Business Impact Assessments
- Writing Business and Functional requirements documentation
- Involvement in change management associated with business process re-engineering
- A minimum of three (3) years functioning in a formal program / project management environment
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
- Experience with SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Time management, prioritization and organization with the ability to prioritize activities and lead multiple tasks at once
- Communication (written oral) and facilitation
- Working with all levels within an organization including senior executives, managers, front lines and technical staff
- Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self directed and positive attitude; Able to manage complexity and changing environments
