Credit Risk & FX Programme Manager required by New York based Financial Technology house

The successful candidate will be interacting with senior level external and internal stakeholders, building and nurturing new relationships within client organizations, as well as consistently delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

Tasks and Duties

•                       Engage clients internal resources with driving the delivery of the acquired services within agreed scope and budget

•                       Conduct project planning as well as developing work plans, creating resource plans and managing day to day project issues and driving them to resolution

•                       Ensure thorough scope management manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders

•                       Establish and maintain communication to key stakeholders

•                       Work effectively across the organizational boundaries, both cultural and geographical

•                       Collaborate with the internal development and QA teams to help provide optimal client solutions

•                       Consult and share market experience with the client

•                       Carry out pre-sales support, which will include demos when needed

Key Experience

•                       Deep understanding of margining methodologies and credit risk management from a product and operations perspectives.

•                       Excellent understanding of FX post trade processing

•                       Strong client relationships management experience at all levels

•                       Prior success in project delivery

•                       Significant business analysis experience

•                       5+ years work experience either within an systems vendor or Investment Bank

•                       5+ years work experience in Product and Project management

Location        New York

Package         Basic salary up to $200,000 + bonus benefits
