Credit / Risk Manager

Your mission:

•      Lead and supervise credit / risk management activities of the business arena

•      Evaluate risks for all segment when required

•      Supervise the credit portfolio risk focused

•      Participate in the credit decision process and structure solutions

•      Work on projects to improve current processes and practices

•      Foster cooperation with origination and lead risk control

•      Lead and supervise a team of 6 Risk Officers

Our Talent needs to have/be:

•      Finance, economics, mathematics degree or equivalent

•      Min. 5 to 7 years experience in credit or Risk functions

•      Rigorous analytical

•      IT literate (strong excel skills)

•      Track record in team management – 3 years

•      Excellent organizational and communication skills

•      Fluent in Italian, English and German
