Credit Risk – Partner – Basel II/III – 220k – Exclusive Mandate recruitment
I have been retained to search for a Partner in Basel II/III for a global analytics consulting firm that boasts over 120 clients in Credit Risk and has gone through growth of 180%. This is due to its global presence in the Credit Risk and it being able to offer an world class integrated credit risk software platform to its advisory service.
They are hugely ambitious to tap the market further, they are looking for a Partner to work with them building their presence further in the EMEA region. You will be a Senior Manager/Director wih experience present or past expereince in consulting (whether that be Big 4, OW or a smaller consulting firm) looking to make the step up to this Partnership role.You will have demonstrable experience in advising leading FS Institutions in Basel III implementation including advising on stress tests and mantaining/confirming to capital ratios in this critical time for regulatory reform. You will work on increasing the client reach of this organisation both within in its own clients and adding more across EMEA. You will also be a thought leader within this global franchise as they grow their hugely successful Credit Risk teams even further across these key regions.
There is the opportunity of lucrative Share Options within this publicly listed company that could bring huge rewards for those who excel but without the drawback of having to put money in yourself such as at Equity Partner level in a Big 4. There is career progression to a MD global subject matter expert and Board level as the group continues to put significant investment in that reaped profits of 19% globally lasy quarter.
