Credit Risk – Partner – Global Consultancy – 220k recruitment
My client, a world leading consulting firm, with a leading name in Risk as well as the leading innovative tools/software in the market are looking to hire at Partner level to facilitate next phase of growth. They have been successfully growing as the Basel market grows in key areas such as Economic Capital, Portfolio Analytics and Model Development and Validation with the London office bringing in multimillion pound revenues from projects across the EMEA region.
They are now focussing on hiring a Partner to focus their successful franchise on the current emphasis on the Basel 2.5 and III market with a whole host of relationships with Tier 1 Banks at CRO Level. The are looking for an experienced Director or Partner who has had experience in winning assignments and expanding relationships in Consulting (Big 4, Oliver Wyman and Consultancy arms of Ratings Agencies). Your experience will be in any key area of Credit Risk obviously hot areas include Basel 2.5 Advisory, Counterparty/CVA or Basel III advisory and are aspiring to grow a business with the potential of Equity Share within a global franchise with an existing Credit Risk consulting business. You will report to the Board and there will be a path for global partnership within the Group. They have successfully developed this model in London as well as Asia and the US with Partners having lucrative equity packages and paths within the organisation. Since the role is about growing a business you would initially not have direct reports but there are huge pools of resources for large mandates. With the role being across the EMEA region there would be around 50% Travel.
You would also have a unique infrastructure of software/innovative tools but this is an advisory role. This is a rare opportunity of being a Global leader right near the top of a global organisation with over a 100 people in consulting.
