Credit Risk Programme Manager recruitment

We advise firms at every stage of the implementation cycle, taking clients beyond compliance by devising strategies and approaches that enable them to leverage their investment to transform organisational performance, market positioning and overall competitiveness.
As a Principal Consultant or Senior Manager you will work with our clients to understand the impacts of new capital and liquidity measures under Basel III on firm’s operational infrastructure, balance sheets and subsequently assist in the delivery of enterprise wide change.
Core Deliverables
- To develop Credit Risk management capabilities for the Retail Bank as part of the overall Risk Change agenda; covering risk strategies, scorecard development, portfolio analysis and profitability modelling.
- Additionally developing data warehousing capabilities to support model building and analysis.
- The Programme Manager will fully establish programme governance and recruit full project team and flesh out vision and business case for the overall programme.
Experience Background
- 5 years+ relevant industry experience, in either a relevant Consultancy role or in-house for a tier 1/2 bank
- Demonstrated delivery track record creating value in client organisations
- Experience in organisational restructuring in a post-merger environment
- Highly influential and persuasive
Qualifications and skills
- Project Management Qualification
- Basel II Process Modelling expertise (e.g. Lean / Six Sigma)
- Credit Risk Engine, PFE, EPE and Stress Exposure
- Consultancy grade presentation, documentation and communication skills
