Credit Risk Project Manager recruitment
Responsibilities :
• Manage the reporting team
• Manage all programme reporting, including steering committee packs, weekly reports, etc
• Prepare slide packs to Committees both internal and external to the Programme, both on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Support the development and maintenance of the Programme Plan and Roadmap, including providing suitable levels of challenge to the underlying project teams
• Support the maintenance of internal and external Programme dependencies and their incorporation into the Programme Roadmap
• Support the on going refresh and management of the Programme Risks and Issues
• Develop excellent relationship building skills through stakeholder management activities, and engage with the project teams
• Input into the Reporting and Communications strategy.
Experience:
• Must have substantial content knowledge of credit risk within corporate or wholesale banking
• Experienced project manager with experience of developing and maintaining project and/or programme plans
• Experience of management programme reporting (steering committee, weekly reporting, etc)
• Experience of setting up programme governance structures
• Experience in operating, negotiating and influencing in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment, to help deliver challenging targets
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to resolve issues innovatively when options appear to be limited
• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) at all levels and across different audiences
• Good management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner
• Comfortable and effective in a rapidly changing environment
• Balance of strong critical thinking and analytical capability, together with a creative mind-set
