Credit Risk – Senior Manager 80k – South West
My client, a Tier 1 FS Institution is going through huge growth and has one of the largest portfolios if Business Banking and Retail in the South West of England, although this role has a global remit.
They are recruiting at Director level for both their Wholesale and Retail Analytics teams in London reporting directly to the Global Head as part of the role. You will need to have an excellent quantitative background and have direct experience of creating, implementing, reviewing and validating PD,LGD and EAD Models across portfolios that are dealing with over £100 billion in assets across a whole range of business groups. You will also be a direct contact at Board, CFO and CRO level as a key part of this role. You will need to have strong management experience managing teams of at least 5 people across credit Risk Analytics. The role has a global remit and you will have teams from the Uk and the US reporting into you to deliver results to the CRO and the Board.
This role is one of the most imprtant in the Risk Management area for the Bank and with its profile there will be natural paths to executive Director and UK/Global CROs for those who excel.
Your experience could be from a a Major FS Institution (Tier 1 or 2 Bank or Building Society, Consultancy (ie Big 4, Oliver Wyman, a Ratings Agency or the FSA to be considered for the role.
