Credit Risk Vice President recruitment
Responsibility
• Responsible for the delivery of integrated credit solutions to local corporate clients.
• Partners closely with other client-facing teammates in the Corporate Investment Banking team to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
• Interact regularly with teammates and clients in an effort to proactively understand the client’s goals, current performance, and other financing needs.
• Uses client knowledge to assess the appropriateness of existing solutions and to propose optimal financing alternatives or additional financing solutions.
• Directly accountable for managing credit quality and the approval process through interaction with Risk Management Officers.
Requirements
• Candidate should have strong academic credentials, with an MBA or Advanced Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in credit risk analysis, loan structuring and account management in a corporate banking environment, preferably in an MNC bank.
• Must possess solid analytical and technical capabilities and a demonstrated ability to broadly apply these skills in a corporate banking context.
• Team player, results-oriented and shows ability to adapt.
• Willingness and ability to express opinions and work in a high pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple priorities and business partners at the same time, and across different geographical locations and time zones.
• Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. As the coverage encompasses PRC companies, knowledge of Mandarin is a must.
