Credit Sales Manager recruitment
The Credit Sales Manager will manage a team of Sales Executives responsible for the development of business in the EMEA Region through new business sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Team to build and maintain new and existing client relationships through a strategic Sales approach
- Increasing sales activities and achieving set quarterly/yearly targets.
- Management of the Sales Executive Team and create best practices in delivering training and presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Responsible for recruiting, retaining and training the team to optimize department performance
- Work with internal partners and resources to manage client relationships and to ensure products continue to provide competitive market share
- Work closely with Product Management and Product Strategy to promote improvement of product quality and identify new sources of revenue
- Engage in public speaking events as part of a participation to conferences and seminars to promote our clients service and product offerings
Requirements:
- Strong educational background, preferably of a numerical or financial discipline
- Proven track record in managing a sales team within the financial markets selling to buy-side or sell side institutions
- Leadership skills matured in structured competitive sales environments
- Strong understanding of financial markets, credit risk management principles and associated regulations
- Understanding of front to back office trade lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required to produce press releases, promotional literature etc.
- The willingness to travel, the job will require visiting many prospects and clients within the EMEA region
- Additional European language is highly beneficial
