This global firm provides financial services to private, corporate and institutional clients and is present in all major financial centers with offices in over 50 countries worldwide. A delivery focused Senior Applications Support Lead will provide true leadership and technical guidance. This role includes equal responsibilities of managing a team and providing hands on application support for the credit trading front office desk of this global bank while partnering with other middle office and back office teams.
We are looking for an Application Support Technical Lead and expert with a background in supporting Front Office Systems and directly supporting traders. A strong background in supporting and understanding Credit Trading/ Cash Products Applications is needed alongside good experience with leading a small to medium sized team . The ability to provide technical direction lead a team as well as stakeholder management is paramount and will form a large part of any previous experience. A background in Electronic Trading Systems or eCommerce Systems will also be of great relevance.
