Credit Training Manager recruitment

Working within the Credit Policy Group, you will have the following responsibilities:
Promoting and organising credit related education/training opportunities. This includes planning and implementing bank-wide seminars in collaboration with HR as well as annual and ad-hoc seminars chaired by the Credit Department
Training is focused on credit policy, procedures and systems
Preparing educational materials and providing seminars for credit risk management related rules and procedures
Providing regular support to staff involved in the credit process to help them understand of rules and procedures and how internal systems impact on them
Supporting project to improve the standard of understanding of credit risk management process, rules, and procedures
Providing support and training on the bank's Global Credit Management GCM platform across EMEA.  This includes responsibility for the design and delivery of training material.
Undertaking training needs analysis to determine appropriate levels of training required for both our internal credit management system as well as our internal credit policy procedures.

The successful candidate should have:
Previous experience working in credit analysis, credit training or credit policy
Experience in training, coaching preferred
Experience in planning educational programme preferred
Experience in review and quality management of educational programme, and needs analysis for training programme preferred
Strong academic / educational background at degree level
highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point
High level of organisation and coordination skills
Good public speaking and inter-personal communication skills
